Who can use it
Anyone 18 or older with an Indian mobile number. One account per person.
Posting listings
- Only post homes you own or are authorised to rent or sell.
- Brokers must post as Broker and state the brokerage.
- Photos and details must be of the actual property. Do not put phone numbers or links in the description.
- Owners can have up to 5 active listings and brokers up to 25.
What is not allowed
- Asking for money before a visit.
- Fake, duplicate or already rented listings.
- Abusive messages, spam, or collecting other people’s numbers.
Messages from us
- By signing up you agree that the 64 Sqft team may message you on WhatsApp about your account, postings and bookings: approvals, missing photos or details, listings about to expire, and booking requests.
- Offers and news from 64 Sqft and Zenfest Events come only if you tick the separate box at sign-up or in My account. Reply STOP, or untick it in My account, to stop them any time.
What we may do
We may warn, hide or remove listings, and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules. Every action by our team is logged.
Our role
64 Sqft is a listing platform. We do not own, rent or sell the properties, and we are not a party to any agreement between users.
