What we collect
- Your mobile number, to log you in and to send you WhatsApp updates about your postings and bookings. Other users never see it unless you choose to share it. The 64 Sqft team can see it, and every time they look it is logged.
- Your name, language and role (seeker, owner or broker). Brokers add an agency name and optional RERA number.
- Listings, photos and chats you create, and ratings you give.
- Ownership proof you upload. Only our admins see it, and it is deleted 90 days after a decision.
What we never do
- Sell your data or give your number to brokers, builders or any other company.
- Send offers unless you said yes. Offers come from 64 Sqft and Zenfest Events (our parent company) only, and only if you ticked the offers box. We keep a record of when you said yes or no.
Your rights
- Download all your data from My account, any time.
- Delete your account from My account. Your profile, listings and ratings are removed.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
Grievance officer
Name and contact of the grievance officer will be published here before launch, as the DPDP Act requires.
